While perhaps not yet at the scale/vision for an integrated participatory sports tourism and commerce platform rightly outlined in your post, I’ve long been inspired by what Rapha has achieved in this space. Through a combination of Rapha travel experiences, RCC (Rapha Cycling Club) membership, and thoughtful local community activations, they’ve built a compelling experience. Beyond their apparel, it’s this holistic ecosystem that has continued to drive higher LTV and retention for their customer base.
